Refund and Returns Policy

Our commitment to customer satisfaction extends to our refund and returns policy, which remains valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Certain goods, such as perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases, are exempt from return.

Partial Refunds:

Books with evident signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, software, etc.

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts

Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Procedure:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll send you an email confirming receipt and informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within a designated timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Sale Items:

Refunds are applicable only to regular-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, email us at support@lifkeys.com and send the item to Unit 101914, PO Box 4336, Manchester, M61 0BW.

Gift Returns:

For items marked as gifts, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return receipt. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns:
